Got along to the opening weekend of the new Design Museum in London. Housed in the old Grade 11 listed Commonwealth Institute building with it's distinctive copper-roof, the venue is well worth a visit for anyone interested in the design industry, and as a new public space.
Got along to LuxLive 2016 exhibition at London's Excel Centre, Europes largest lighting event. Integrated control systems, LED technology and information gathering, the lighting sector is moving apace.
The Design Museum opens at it's spectacular new location on High Street Kensington on 24 November 2016. The move earlier this year from Shad Thames to larger premises is much anticipated by the design community and anyone interested in how good design plays a part in our everyday tasks and activities.
