We project-managed the design and renovation of this period-style three-bedroom cottage on the Hatfield Park Estate. Working closely with the estate’s property team, we remodelled room layouts, switched from oil to an air source heating system and modernised the space and facilities for everyday family use. The contract was completed in eleven months and successfully handed over, ready for the tenant to move in.
