GDA design and project manage new-build, remodelled and refurbished commercial and private dwellings. These can include energy-efficient features such as insulating the envelope of a building, air and ground source heating and rainwater collection systems, and daylight capture.
We manage Planning Applications through to approval on behalf of our clients, where needed.
Copywriting, editorial, translation and public relations.
Our copywriters write clear, persuasive and accessible copy for your website, press, marketing, editorial, advertising and technical material that is grammatical, businesslike and cliché-free, with no waffle or pomposity.
Our translators and linguists ensure your message doesn’t lose cultural effectiveness when translating your sales, marketing and technical copy across languages.
Our public relations team are highly effective at getting your message out there. A cleverly planned strategy generates media traffic, ensuring your campaign gets through digital, print and broadcast channels to your audience.
Photography and art direction.
Our creative lead, Andrew Gardiner, studied photography. He’s an experienced art director and picture editor for studio, location and architectural photo shoots.
Our photographers and video production teams produce great stills and videos for quality output across print and digital media. We work with CAA-licensed drone operators and edit stunning aerial footage.
The agency gets asked to participate in the selection of models, and we source props and assist with location finding.
