With a one-month turnaround, GDA designed and managed the conversion of the old porters’ lodge at Fore Street, Old Hatfield, into a takeout coffee shop. Working with the property and hospitality teams at Gascoyne Estates and teams of subcontractors, the result is a small, stylish unit that complements the Palace Green surroundings.
