With a one-month turnaround, GDA designed and managed the conversion of the old porters’ lodge at Fore Street, Old Hatfield into a takeout coffee shop. Working with the property and hospitality teams at Gascoyne Estates, and teams of sub-contractors, the result is a small, stylish unit that compliments the Palace Green surroundings.
