The workplace is changing

Went along to an interesting breakfast seminar today. The presentation and discussion were about the workplace and how the traditional static deskbound environment is fast changing to a hybrid environment.

Apparently, only 13% of employees worldwide are engaged in their work, are emotionally invested, and focused on creating value for their organisations every day.
